All purchases of CASA Sleep-Lab Earth Mantle Series mattresses at designated retail stores can enjoy free shipping, excluding limited promotions and Fotan warehouse sale activities. *If the delivery address does not have a lift or a floor that cannot be reached by a lift, it will charge an additional stair fee of HK$80 per floor, with a maximum of five floors. While general orders will be dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time is after 1:00 pm.
The fee of customised mattresses is as follows:
Model EMS5000, EMS6000, EMS7000 $500;
Model EMS1000, EMS2000, EMS3000 $1000.

The delivery time is estimated to be approximately 45 business days after the order is placed. Our CS will contact the customer who purchased the mattress directly to arrange delivery.
It is recommended to prolong the life of the mattress with mattress protector from stains, dust mites, sweat and dirt.If mattress is stained, it is recommended to use a damp towel and gently press on the stain part, or use diluted soap water to softly wash, then leave the mattress to dry in well-ventilated place.
Because the mattress has been vacuum packed it will have a slight ‘new bed’ odour on opening that will dissipate, while you can sleep on it virtually immediately, we recommend leaving it exposed to circulating air for as long as possible. In addition, our CASA-V 5A technology includes Anti-Odor function, creating you an odorless sleep enviorment.
You do not need to flip your mattress. We have designed our mattress as a single sided pillow top with the best quality pocket spring core and pillow top contents. Rotating the mattress, top to bottom, every few months will keep it in top condition.
We do not remove your old mattress but if you need the details for recyclers in your area contact us by email and we’ll send you details.
Mattresses are available in thickness from 13 to 35 cm, which can be matched with different type of bedstead.

Everyone’s experience, preferences and needs will vary according to their sleeping habits. Therefore, it is recommended to try it in retail store.
