Warranty TERMS

The product warranty period is calculated from the day of purchase. Customers must complete the warranty registration card within 1 month and send it to the Casablanca mailing address together with a copy of the invoice.

To ensure the processing of all applications, customers must provide relevant photos of the affected products and the original invoice to exercise their maintenance rights.

If the mattress has been repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty date will not be recalculated.

Scope of Warranty

  1. Mattresses sold by official or authorized dealers. 
  2. Hong Kong region only. 
  3. Material and technical defects during normal use. 

Inapplicable Scope of Warranty

  1. Non-new mattresses (including transferred, second-hand products, and donations received)
  2. Mattresses that are displayed products, clearance products, and special-priced
  3. Any undamaged parts
  4. Non-domestic use
  5. Bedding accessories
  6. Areas outside Hong Kong

Warranty Terms

  1. 10-year limited warranty.
  2. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs incurred by the warranty service.
  3. Free check-up for first year, and the annual inspection fee is HKD500 thereafter.

The limited warranty excludes

  1. Daily wear and tear (including body indentation, pilling, fading, material oxidation and firmness).
  2. Physical or improper use (including any cuts, scratches and tears caused by sharp tools and objects, structural damages from folding and bending the mattress, and accidental burns, stains or soiling).
  3. Damage from improper care or external environmental conditions (such as discolouration, mould and smells caused by humidity; shrinking and deformation caused by washing, drying or treating in high temperatures, excessive sun exposure and the use of incorrect cleaning products). 
  4. Structural or minor manufacturing discrepancies and cosmetic flaws that do not affect the overall user experience (such as uneven stitches, exposed threads and fabric splicing). 
  5. Individual comfort preferences such as firmness, texture, design or feel. 
  6. Free replacement in first year (due to manufacturing errors).

If you make a valid claim after 1 years from the date of purchase, conditional depreciation maintenance will be provided .

The replacement fee, calculated by the depreciation percentage of the prevailing retail price (RRP) is as follows:
